At AIM, we keep it simple: We focus on providing top-tier education that leads to success. You’ll train in modern facilities, work with industry-standard tools, and benefit from flexible scheduling options. Along the way, you’re supported by instructors who care about your future. We’re proud of our strong partnerships with leading aviation organizations, and we leverage these relationships to connect you with career opportunities when you graduate.

Whether you’re starting fresh or advancing your career, AIM helps you take the next step with confidence.

Five Decades of Aviation Legacies

Our history runs deep, and we take pride in the aviation legacies AIM has helped build since its founding.

  • Founded in 1969: Originally known as Employment Services, Inc., Gerald Yagen established the organization in Norfolk, Virginia (a place where we still have a flagship campus).
  • Expanding Our Presence: Following substantial growth throughout the 1970s, Yagen established The Electronics Institute of Technology in 1982, focusing on electronics, computer, and office administration.
  • Industry Impact: Inc. Magazine recognized these efforts by naming the organization one of the 500 fastest-growing privately held companies in America.

Over five decades later, AIM continues that legacy, empowering students from around the world to kickstart their careers in aviation and beyond.
