About AIM’s Orlando Metro Campus
Beyond the thrill of Disney World and Universal Studios, Orlando offers an exciting array of avenues for aviation students just like you. Driven by global tourism and an expanding aerospace market, it’s home to the nation’s seventh busiest airport and some of the biggest names in the industry.
Our school started back in 2006 at Orlando’s executive airport but, as demand grew, we found a bigger home in Casselberry, Florida. As the only Part 147 school in the area, AIM Orlando Metro has become a recognized provider of aviation training in the Southeast U.S. We’re also well known for our robust Aviation Maintenance Technical Engineer Certificate program, taught by Avionics Technicians and A&P Mechanics with years of practical experience.

A Few Highlights
- Training facilities built for real-world practice: We have multiple avionics labs equipped with top-of-the-line NIDA equipment—the exact same aircraft systems you’ll work on in the field. Our HVAC program facilities span 4,500 square feet alone and feature a standalone lab for larger technical projects. You’ll get even more valuable hands-on training in our recently refinished 18,000-square-foot hangar.
- Teachers Who Care: They use their real-world knowledge and on-the-job insights in their teachings to help you gain the skills and confidence to excel in your future career.
- Career Advancement: Thanks, in part, to our longstanding partnerships with regional and international companies—you’re just down the road from some incredible networking opportunities. But you’ll also find yourself at the heart of a welcoming environment, where we play an active role in enriching our community.
Your future starts at AIM Orlando Metro. Let’s bring it to life.
