Program Information

AIM’s Aviation Maintenance Technology – AOS program is hands-on from day one. In the classroom, you’ll learn the basics of operating and maintaining aircraft structures, powerplants, flight control systems, and more. In the hangar, you’ll work directly on FAA-standard equipment and systems, including turboprops, radial engines, and jet engines so that you gain real-world experience. Along the way, you’ll also gain a thorough understanding of how aircraft systems and components work at a fundamental level. You’ll also take math, physical science, and communication courses.

Our faculty and staff expertly actively guide you through the program—and they’re fully committed to your long-term success. Many of our instructors are also AIM alumni with years of industry experience, and they’re excited to help you succeed.
